Refund and cancellation policy

1. What you buy

• Leak Report (Existing Academy or New Academy edition), ₹499 + GST.
• Area Report, ₹699 + GST: should you open an academy at a location.
• Social Media Report, ₹499 + GST: where, when and what to post to reach families near you.
• Marketing Plan Report, ₹1,299 + GST: your families, rival academies, which marketing works in your area and a 30-day plan.
• Site Comparison, ₹1,999 + GST: up to 4 locations ranked.
• Running Academy Pack, ₹1,999 + GST, and New Academy Pack, ₹2,499 + GST: three reports each, each opened once when you are ready.
• Add-ons to a Leak Report you have bought (Season Planner, Rival Check, School Target List): ₹199 + GST each, or ₹449 + GST for all three.

2. No refunds once delivered

Instant reports are digital content delivered in full the moment payment succeeds. We therefore do not offer cancellation, refund or exchange after delivery, including if you change your mind, entered wrong information or disagree with the findings.

A pack is delivered when the payment succeeds; reports in it that you have not yet opened stay available in your account but are not refundable.

3. Failed, duplicate or incorrect payments

• If your payment was taken but no report was delivered, sign in and open My account: the report opens once payment is confirmed. If it still does not appear within 48 hours, email one27cricket@gmail.com with your payment ID and we will deliver it or refund the payment in full.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 working days of confirmation.
• If money was deducted but your order failed, it is returned to the original payment method within the time limits set by the Reserve Bank of India for failed transactions, usually 1 to 5 working days depending on your payment method.

4. Corrected reports

If a report was affected by a technical fault, we send a corrected version free of charge. The corrected version replaces the earlier one. A corrected report is not a ground for a refund.

5. If a report is faulty

If a report does not match its description or is materially wrong because of our error, tell us within 30 days. We will correct it within 7 working days or, if we cannot, refund it in full. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

6. Packs and credits

If you have not opened any report in a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once you open a report from the pack, the pack is treated as delivered and the remaining reports stay available in your account for 12 months.

7. Audits, studies and growth partnerships

Refunds and cancellations for field services are covered by our terms and conditions: you can move a visit once with 48 hours’ notice; cancellation at least 3 working days before the first visit is refunded less any research already delivered; once fieldwork starts, fees are not refundable.

8. Delivery

Online reports are delivered on screen immediately and stay in your account for 30 days from purchase, so please download your copy. Your GST tax invoice is emailed to the address given at payment. No physical goods are shipped.

9. Contact

Email us from the Contact page with your name, phone number and payment ID. We reply within 2 working days.
